61 years ago today my "only child" status was forever changed. I was indeed blessed ... once she was past the bottle feedings and diaper changes she became a forever playmate, confidant and friend.

I love you Deborah Ann ... more than you will ever know.

Tea Party anyone?

The Rapid City "great niece" Avalen celebrated her second birthday this month. I think she enjoyed the tea set we sent her. Happy Birthday Avalen!

Spotted Beetles

We are inundated with ladybug type insects. Have no fear our attack cat is on the lookout!
Little Bit just sits and has a stare down with the little buggers! It's more fun to watch her track them when they are in flight though ... one would think she could unscrew her head.

Uncle Gene ...

"Wreaths Across America" provided Christmas wreath placement on several soldier's graves on Pearl Harbor Day. Uncle Gene was fortunate to be one of the recipients.

Christmas Gift?

Sam has found a new place to "chill"! A few ornaments needed to be "rehung" to make her new accommodations more suitable.
