Quilting...

I've spent the past few weeks re-organizing quilt and sewing rooms. I'm tired of accumulating/organizing fabrics, patterns, ear-marking magazines and seeing all of it stacked around waiting for me to do something about it! I've taken on a few simple projects to get back in the groove -- table runners, coasters, etc. This is the first large project I have attempted ... cutting, sewing, layout ... all very time consuming, but exciting to see when completed.

It's a raggedy quilt, simple to put together, actually a no brainer. I decided to start with this one as it is smaller - more of a lap quilt to use on those cooler evenings when watching t.v. or to snuggle up in for an afternoon nap. It's for our first born --
Now I need to organize and complete all the other projects I have purchased ...
