Sewing "rooms"

This "neat as a pin" area is my sewing room...believe it or not it has been cleaned. I only need to blow out machine, oil, and change the needle and I'll be ready for next project.



Can't say much for this area - quilt room. As I complete a project I try to stow away the scrap fabric. Imagine my "surprise" when I discovered my new stow-away technique was to pile everything onto quilt frame! Plus I'd purchased additional fabrics, battings, etc. continued to pile on top as well. Why did I choose not to put away in their proper places? I'm retired...I no longer "multi-task"?

Tomorrow I will clear up area - putting things away - the proper way. I can't load up quilter until I do...gotta get my act together!!!
